Kashmiri Pakora

Mouth sized bites of apple, pineapple and banana fried in a light batter and served with a tangy mango chutney dip.

Samosa

Crisp stuffed triangles of pastry with your choice of filling.Try the spicy chicken, garlic mushroom, apple, cheese and mushroom or vegetable with sweet and sour chick pea sauce. Served with salad.

Chicken Dilnbra

Tender pieces of chicken breast cooked to perfection in the tandoor and served with piquant yoghurt, chutney and salad.

Chicken Honey Poodina

Tender pieces of chicken breast marinaded in mint, honey and select spices and grilled over charcoal. Served with salad.

Crab Malabar

Fresh flaked crab sauteed with sweet spices, grated coconut and fresh curry leaves. Served with salad.

Chacha Chilli

Whole green chilli peppers cooked in batter served with mandarin sauce and slices of hot orange. Hot, but oh so sweet

Dosa

An Indian style pancake made with basmati rice and lentils. Served with a filling of your choice. Accompanied by daal sauce. Choose from spicy chicken, savoury lamb, Aloo channa wiht daal, minced lamb and egg, mango and banana cream or King prawn and pineapple.

Alu Tikki

Dehli’s favourite road side snack. Minced potato burger with lentils, onions, green chillies and coriander leaves. Served with a minted yoghurt sauce and smothered with dates and tamarind.

Daal Soup

Spiced lentil soup, cooked with a hint of lemon.

Salad Panjea

Light crispy radichio, endive, lollo rosso and lamb’s lettuce topped with cherry tomatoes, cucumber, celery, spring onions and sprinkled with melted brei, garlic croutons and a twist of lemon.

Fresh Mussels in Sauce

Served with a choice of three sauces, this is Scottish seafood at its best. Choose from spicy (medium hot), garlic and black bean (medium) or cheese and chive (mild)

Melon Mangalore

Chilled and seasoned melon subtly accompanied by a puree of mangoes and a sorbet.

Seekh Kebab

Minced lamb finger rolls liberally seasoned with onions and herbs and grilled over charcoal. Served with salad

Garlic Mushroom Nuggets

Nugget sized mushrooms, simmered in cream and garlic and sprinkled with fresh herbs.

Onion Bhaji Original

Take some lighlty fried sliced onions, coat them in a light batter and serve with a choice of dips.

Perfect king prawns marinated in spices and grilled over charcoal. Served with hot orange sauce.

Poori

A light thin pan fried chapatti stuffed with your choice of chicken masala, aloo chana, spicy prawn, garlic mushroom or sweet and sour.

Butter Crisp

Crispy pieces of spiced potato and freshly buttered creamy garlic mushrooms. Served with salad.

Dehli Pan Fry

Choose from chicken, lamb, prawn or vegetables. Pan fried in a dehli style sauce with sliced green capsicums and onions served in garlic and black bean sauce with cumin and a hint of lemon. Available medium or hot.

Chicken Chaat Masala

Succulent pieces of chicken breast with capsicums and onions coated and grilled over charcoal in our own chaat masala sauce. Served with salad.

King Prawn Burma

Perfect king prawns marinated in spices and grilled over charcoal. Served with a hot orange sauce.
